My experience in training and motivating a diverse client population, includes celebrities, teenagers, collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, pre/postnatal fitness and fat loss individuals. At the elite Reebok Sports Club/NY I was the lead Master Personal Trainer whose responsibilities included teaching and training the trainers. On the varsity collegiate level, I was a member of the Track & Field and Rugby teams. Lastly, I have been published in “Cross-Training for Dummies”, “Money Magazine” and “Women Fitness”. On television, I have appeared on “The View”, “New York One”, “20/20” and “Al Jazeera America”.

I feel it is very important to explain to my clients the “why” behind their exercises and movement patterns. This ‘why’ is the driving force behind all human motivation. Consequently, goal setting becomes an integral part of all my programs. You are completely responsible for your fitness level and quality of life. It is up to you whether you make excuses or take action to make changes. You have the ability to achieve whatever fitness level you want if you put forth enough desire and effort. No brain, no gain!
